Project Scope:

The Downey Kitchen Project was a full-scale renovation that brightened up the kitchen and created additional counter and storage space. The goal was to create a modern and functional space while improving the overall aesthetic and efficiency of the home.

Painting: Fresh coat of paint throughout the renovated spaces, enhancing brightness and cohesion.

Flooring & Trim: Installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring for durability and style, along with updated baseboards and casings to complete the look.

Kitchen Installation: Installed brand-new kitchen cabinetry and backsplash for a modern, polished appearance.

Appliance Integration: Installed a range hood fan for improved ventilation and kitchen functionality.

Electrical & Plumbing Updates: Upgraded electrical wiring and plumbing to ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term performance.
